זהו מיזם קהילתי להמחשה חזותית. טיפוס כרוך בסיכון לפציעה קשה ואף למוות; המודלים והמסלולים עשויים להיות שגויים או לא מעודכנים ואינם תחליף לבדיקה בשטח ולהדרכה מתאימה. אין הרשאה להעתיק או להפיץ את המודלים ללא אישור, למעט שימוש המותר לפי דין. התנאים המלאים מפורטים בהמשך.
About SELA.ROUTE
SELA.ROUTE is a community project operated by Idan Saidi that provides visual 3D models and climbing route information. Contact: idansaidi@gmail.com. These terms describe permitted use of the service.
Climbing safety and limitations
Climbing can cause serious injury or death. Models, route lines, grades, distances, anchors and access information may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. A model is a visual aid and does not certify rock stability, equipment condition, route safety or permission to enter land. Do not rely on the site as your sole source for navigation, safety decisions or instruction. Check conditions on site, obtain suitable instruction and use appropriate equipment and independent judgement.
Accounts and editing
Keep your account secure. Signing in does not automatically grant editing rights. Editing is subject to permission and contributions may be reviewed, corrected or removed. Do not impersonate others, misuse access, interfere with the service or attempt to bypass access controls.
Models and copyright
Models, photographs, logo and other original material are protected by the rights of their respective owners. You may view the models through the intended website viewer for personal use. The technical delivery of data to your device does not grant permission to extract, scrape, redistribute, sell, republish or train machine-learning systems on the models or images. Obtain the rights holder’s written permission for reuse, except where applicable law permits use without permission. Credits and copyright notices must be respected.
Your contributions
Submit only content you have the right to share. You retain your rights in your contributions and grant SELA.ROUTE a non-exclusive permission to store, display, reproduce and adapt them as needed to operate the atlas, including moderation and corrections. Do not publish private information or misleading safety claims. Contact us about inaccurate content, copyright concerns or removal requests.
Availability and responsibility
The service is provided as available and we do not promise uninterrupted operation or complete accuracy. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties concerning its completeness, suitability or safety. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded. A disclaimer does not replace reasonable care or make climbing safe.
Privacy and updates
Use of account information is explained in our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms as the project develops and will indicate the revision date. Contact us with questions before using material beyond the permissions described here.
